Attorney at Law Marija M. Krstić
Marija M. Krstić graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, in 2003. She began her professional career at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, where, from 2004 to 2012, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in commercial law and judicial practice.
From 2012 to 2024, she worked at the Restitution Agency of the Republic of Serbia, dealing with complex matters of property law and restitution. Her many years of work on restitution cases enabled her to acquire particular expertise in this specific and demanding area of property law.
Since 2024, she has been a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and has practised law through her own law office.
In her work with clients, she draws on more than two decades of experience in the judiciary, public administration and legal practice, combining thorough analysis of each case with a responsible approach and a clearly defined legal strategy.
